We’re looking for a full-time Press Brake Operation to hire IMMEDIATELY. The hours of operations are Monday thru Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Occasional Overtime.

Responsibilities/Skills & Qualifications:

• Responsible for setting up Amada Press brakes with correct tooling and running the job.
• Run test part through to ensure set up is correct using programmable back gauge.
• Read and understand blueprints and bills of material
• Set up and operate press brakes independently
• Select and install proper tooling
• Perform first article check and have it signed off by QC
• Continue to self-inspect part throughout run to ensure quality
• Must be able to handle and process parts with acceptable hand dexterity and good hand/eye coordination while meeting production needs / standards.
• Break down setup
• Able to Multitask on Jobs
• A test may be given to assess this capability.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Experience in a factory setting
• Press Brake knowledge
• High School Diploma or equivalent education required
• Must be able to work as team member as well as accomplish tasks independently.
• Must be familiar with press brakes and dies.
• Must be Detailed Orientated and Dependable
• Must be able to read layout drawings.
• Must follow directions.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours
• Will Require to wear steel toe shoes
• Plus, if bi-lingual

We’re looking for a full-time to hire an TIG Welder. The hours of operations are Monday thru Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Occasional Overtime.

Responsibilities/Skills & Qualifications:

• Must know how to TIG weld – 1-2 years experience
• Receive production orders from team leader for welding stainless steel grating and set up appropriate jigs/fixtures required to complete job
• Assist in movement of production order parts in welding department
• Will need to read blueprints and bill of materials to complete jobs assigned
• Perform other related duties as needed by supervisor
• Fast Paced Environment
• Ability to use welding machinery and tools
• Will be in charge of maintaining their work area clean and organized.
• A test may be given to assess this capability.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Experience in TIG Welding on Stainless Steel
• Able to read blue prints/production sheet given
• Experience in a factory setting
• High School Diploma or equivalent education required
• Must be able to work as team member, as well as accomplish tasks independently.
• Must be Detailed Orientated and Dependable
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Will Require to wear steel toe shoes
• Must be Reliable, good work ethic, and high integrity a plus
